About

H2 Sports Medicine is a unique private practice that is focused on providing personalized care. No referral is needed to schedule an appointment. We do not take insurance and are self pay but can provide receipts for the patient to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. This allows us to provide lower costs and streamline care more efficiently. Our schedule is also more flexible this way. We often provide quick or even same day appointments so evaluations may be done sooner.
